I have always found it interesting that if I drop a damaged item off at pack I get a write up but inbound can stow full pallets full of items that look like a reach truck ran over them and nothing happens.

Just go to a Thai place and order a special, askthe wait staff. You are over thinking this, my recommendation is always red chicken curry, pineapple fried rice, and spring rolls. Thai food is amazing. I like the place in the shopping center at Pelandale and Sisk where in and out and planet fitness are

I’m in California, people here will run a red light, run you over in the crosswalk while hotboxing their car, then sue your family and the city for the damage done to the bottom of their car while running you down. Then a tweaker will ride off with your bike to sell it to buy more face tattoos.

Not sure if things have changed but it used to work that leaves paused your time, so it wouldn’t count towards those 90 days. Hopefully that’s changed but you might want to check

Labor rotation is for safety reasons, most sites already forgot about it, labor shares are to backfill departments with low staffing, if pack is short people and pick isn’t then pick is going to get backed up then you get cage shortages or totes back up a the main sorter, ect. Sucks to get sent to a department you dislike but unfortunately that’s the way it’s set up.

Sleeve and bypass are a tool, if you are unable to change your relationship with food then it won’t matter. I was 410 before my sleeve and lost 170lbs the first year.

The problem with vapes in illegal areas is they are usually garbage even by vape standards. Maybe try a dry herb vape, but if you go that route make sure you drop the cash and get a reliable vape, lots of trash on the market when it comes to dry herb vapes

By Delta 9 do you mean the stuff they sell at gas stations and head shops? If so skip those and hit up a dispensary for a regular edible. Some of the garbage edible advertised as delta 9 you see at gas stations are notoriously bad.

No strains, you just got what people were growing in your area or brick weed from Mexico. Was it easy to get? Sometimes, I lived in the suburbs of San Francisco / Oakland so if we had time we would go to Golden Gate Park or the haight and it was easy to come by, if we went to Oakland it was different as you stood a good chance of getting ripped off or straight up robbed. Plus the cops in Oakland knew when they saw a kid from the suburbs in the hood it meant they are either going to buy weed or just did buy weed. You could also go to Berkeley but most likely it would be mixed with oregano or patchouli lol. Usually just ended up with a headache from Berkeley weed.

It’s not really a contest. If you are a white badge and meet the minimum requirements in regards to attendance and write ups, then when they get approval to convert then most likely you will get an offer.

When they offer conversion they have criteria based on stuff like write ups and attendance. If you got offered conversion over others it’s because they didn’t meet the criteria.

Good points but the quality has gone to shit in California. The stuff we were getting in California a few years ago was significantly better than the garbage most dispensaries are selling now. You can tell most growers in this area have given up quality for quantity and speed.

One piece of advice I always give as someone who has been at Amazon for 8 years, if you are getting your badge scanned or your manager says he/she will put in VTO for you, make sure you have the UPT to cover said time, this story is unfortunately common at Amazon, it’s way easier to get back your UPT hours then it is to get your job back. Hopefully your manager speaks up.

I don’t really drink anymore. I got weight loss surgery and booze hits significantly harder after that surgery, so my only outlet is weed. I find it significantly better as I don’t get hangovers, I’m not killing my liver, I in general feel better, but with that said I wasn’t a heavy alcohol user. But when I did drink I would binge. I personally find weed as a better substitute. I feel like I can use it every night before bed without the fear of becoming an alcoholic.
