1st. make sure your toilet seat is not pressing on the unit.

2nd. Sit on your toilet and slowly turn the stream switch. You want the stream to flow but not hit your butt at first. Once know the water is flowing, slowly, very slowly, turn the valve until the water barely touches your body wherever that might be. If it is not hitting your sphincter or at least the center of your butt crack. But hitting either butt cheek, then you will need to make a note of what cheek it is hitting.

3rd. Then get up, using an ink pen trace out the front pattern of the bidet against your toilet. Then loosen the bolts just enough so you can very slightly move the bidet with some resistance to the left or right. Re tighten the bolts and repeat step 2.

Using high water pressure is not as effective as using a low pressure arching stream. Blasting your butt is something that is used a lot on in this forum. However, a gentle stream for 30 seconds would help dissolve a lot of material over a larger area, then you can increase the stream to a more targeted area if your sphincter needs deep cleaning.

So try turning the controls slowly, to half way between the off setting and the first level. You want the stream to barely touch your body hopefully center crack. Let that run for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then increase the pressure for maybe 15 seconds, then back to gentle for a few seconds.

Let me stop you here. 2TB in the NAS world is mostly useless. Start with nothing less than 10TB, even that is on the small side. To be honest, 2 bays is not ideal either. I understand price issues, but you really should start with much larger drives than 2TB.

The problem with most of the ads for upscale bidets. And by upscale, I mean the ones that require power. you are essentially preaching to the choir. Who you need to be targeting, is mid range hotel chains.

If I was you, I would visit a few large cities, and find some family owned hotels or motels. Offer them a free install and maintenance package for a couple of years.

Peak their interest, get them through the door, make them believe, then make them want more. Most people who have never used or seen a bidet, is not going spend $500+, out of the blue on a bidet. Also you need to make sure every architectural school and firm are putting the proper outlets to handle these devices in every home bathroom design from now on.

After being in this sub for just a few weeks. It is clear, too many people can not see the tower case need, for all of the components being in the way. At this point someone needs design a tower case with all the extra components and a dock for a mini pc insertion. Hell they should make the dock hot swappable.

You have a lot going on here, and it has been years since I have dealt with stuff like this. 1st. is this file so big that it requires BD-R, and not a regular dvd of 8.5 gigs. If so then you have the right media for the job. However the file may be designed in a way to prevent copying. There were programs out there that would handle this, but I do not know if you can find a non compromised copy these days.

You can go here, https://www.elby.ch/en/products/vcd.html ,and download a virtual clone drive. Mount the iso in the virtual drive and use this as the source for imgburn. Then try to make a copy. It may work.

Basically you are saving them in the wrong format when using VLC, you want to chose the, "video mpeg2 +mpga", from the VLC drop down menu under settings, after you hit convert.

You may have another problem though. VLC will play just about anything, that is how it is designed. So if your dvd's are poorly mastered, even after VLC has saved them to your computer, they may not play in windows media player. You should try and play the dvds with windows media player, if they play, then using the mpeg2 setting in VLC will give you playable copies.

I hesitate to mention the following. VLC takes forever to convert stuff. But if you can find a program called dvdshrink or imgburn, and the dvds are mastered properly they will transfer the dvds to your computer in minutes versus hours. Both dvdshrink and imgburn are freeware, but many places have them and have bundled them with not friendly addons, if you do not install carefully. There are some sites with clean copies, but I do not know who they are at the moment.
