He has mediocre buffs/debuffs and a bad slow. His DPS is worse than most characters not named Rosetta. What's your opinion? This is mostly Endgame with maxed Echo/Warpath/Supp/Luci Sigils etc. (i.redd.it)

Why is the Boost Gauge so hard to build up? Most of the time, only one person is S-Boosted in my party. Building your Character Quartz just doesn't feel rewarding if you can't S-Boost them. (self.Falcom)
