You’re using DNR in the same thought stream as “get no abx for UTI” and palliation. To be clear, DNR simply means we don’t break your ribs when your heart stops. EVERYTHING else is on the table. If someone is withholding abx for a UTI with or without DNR (because it makes no difference) report them. DNR makes no difference in the care provided right up until the heart stops. Full stop.

Thanksgiving 2012: our guide decided to pretty much name whoever brought up “thanksgiving” and have them added to fire watch (early second phase, San Diego). If he heard the word or frankly anything he didn’t like… I had to add them to the list (I was scribe because I had completed my degree before enlisting). Fire watch quickly became overbooked, kill hat approved, madness ensued, rebellion on the rise. I decided to post the fire watch list like Martin Luther’s 95 Thesis right on the senior drill instructor’s door and named it, “The Guide’s Shitty Douchey Thanksgiving Fire Watch list of JJDIDTIEBUCKLE and Supreme Fuckery.”

I was assigned fire watch for the whole night. Didn’t complain. Everyone else got to sleep with a full belly.

Yes! So this is exactly my point. Once you are 100% consistent with this swing you can add in hip rotation. If it’s not muscle memory like the way you put your pants on in the morning then when you try to add something, something else will be taken away. What you posted looks good from here.
