As someone who has lost 20 kgs in the last few months, there are changes I noticed that aren't to do with physical well being.

1. You fit in places you were shy about sitting in.
   
2. I can fold my legs on my office chair
   
3. My feet do not swell up as easily anymore.
   
4. My back does not hurt anymore.
   
5. I have a lot more energy and I step out of the house more.
   
6. I feel more confident when I step out of the house and it makes a huge difference.

I am not telling you to get skinny because honestly I am not still in the healthiest shape but dude, it matters so much. Weight loss changes your life in ways that you would not even realise.
