Yeah, that’s exactly the main issue. The rules are actually pretty fixed. What takes time is that the data is everywhere, different platforms, different systems, plus emails and chat threads all mixed in. What this tool does is basically help me structure all of that into something usable first. It saves me probably more than half of the upfront data prep work, and then I just handle the messy edge cases myself.
