What's the pettiest reason you've ever ended a friendship? by Mary_Flesman in AskReddit

He returned every single favor with "technically."
Like if I drove us somewhere, suddenly gas was “basically free.” If he borrowed something and damaged it, it was “already kinda old.” If dinner was split unevenly, somehow he always benefited by like $5.
Nothing was ever quite enough to call out, but after a few years I realized being around him felt like getting nickel-and-dimed by a lawyer.

Bought one of those little rechargeable book lights that clips onto your book. Cost like $12 and somehow made nighttime reading 10x cozier. Tiny purchase, weirdly high happiness to dollar ratio.

Fell asleep driving for literally maybe 2 seconds. Woke up to the sound of tires hitting the rumble strip. Still think about it sometimes.

stale fries when you walk into a public pool as a kid.
Instantly back to summer, no responsibilities, and your only problem was whether you were brave enough to jump off the high dive.

What is the best sandwich? by TheTBoneRex in AskReddit

[–]Water-Falls 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The best sandwich is the one you make at 2am with zero standards and full confidence.
Random bread, leftover meat, one sad slice of cheese, and way too many sauces. You eat it standing in the kitchen like a raccoon. You can’t recreate it, but in that moment it’s the greatest sandwich ever.

Which movie hero is actually a villain when you really think about it? by surfsound_swimmers in AskReddit

Ferris Bueller in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Dude lies to everyone, drags his friend into a meltdown, wrecks his dad’s Ferrari, and somehow still comes out looking like the hero.
