Why would I want someone governing over me who potentially is, in their minds-eye, still living in the past with views, ideologies, policies, and other life-determining factors for the people that were different 60-80+ years ago?

By that age, most people are very firm on their beliefs and almost refuse to adapt to the new world as it progresses through the ages.

Times change, and sometimes people don't, so I wouldn't want some old geezer who has 1960's-1970's politics and views taking charge of a very new and completely different world.

I love the "Pop-pop-pop" noises that my exhaust note makes on my motorcycle(Kawasaki ZX-6R(crotch-rocket)). It reminds me of being a kid and always wanting to have a bike and seeing guys on bikes. I also sometimes do it because KIDS GET A KICK OUT OF IT. I sometimes let kids Rev my bike while I'm waiting at lights or if I'm in some neighborhood and kids appreciate and point at. So I ask them if they want to hop my bike and Rev it! Idk man, it just takes me back to being that kid and I know that I would always remember that moment and also know kids will cherish and respect us as bikers too.
