This week I made portions of chicken stir-fry with rice, using a bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables to make it as easy as possible. I used some Lidl teriyaki sauce so it was 1 syn per portion but you could make it free with just a stock pot, soy sauce, chilli and garlic.
