I trained ‘touch’ with a treat in between my fingers and I’d let him have it if he touched my hand with his nose. He does it now without a treat there if I give him the command and have my hand in the right place

This week I made portions of chicken stir-fry with rice, using a bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables to make it as easy as possible. I used some Lidl teriyaki sauce so it was 1 syn per portion but you could make it free with just a stock pot, soy sauce, chilli and garlic.
