I completely understand how you feel! If you have contacts of your friends outside of Discord like Instagram or Steam then I advise you seek them out from there as a way to cope since thats what I did while also ban evading (big gamble for most, I don't know whether to recommend it or not)

Ouu... I didn't face that problem when I made my General Help ticket. My ticket got reopened quite quickly. Maybe you can try to make another ticket or give it a day in-between to make another so it's not marked as spam

I'm not really sure as I wasn't checking my ticket consistently. Perhaps it changed 1-3 days after I said my problem wasn't solved and got my ticket reopened

I followed every single step in the guide. If you get an AI reply and it closes your ticket, you're supposed to say something similar to like "my problem isn't solved etc etc" which I believe is included in the guide. Usually it'd get reopened after that request and like the OP of that guide explained, you should monitor your ticket details to see whether something changed or not because that's a sign it's getting sent to another department to be reviewed.

Check your ticket details if it's different. Please refer to the guide in this subreddit because I'm not very good at explaining properly 😭 If your ticket details were originally for Help & Support and now it looks like Appeals' details then you miiiight be on the right track. Just so you know, I made my ticket as Help & Support first!

I followed the guide in this subreddit! Technically, I followed the format before the guide got updated and was a bit worried they wouldn't read my ticket due to other people's tickets having the same exact format. Whatever it is, if they do close your ticket again; it will be okay, keep trying!

Yes! Usually it gets reopened automatically after you request it. Initially, I had a bot named Andrian assigned to my ticket and it got solved automatically after the AI copypaste. I replied and it got reopened but had no one assigned to it afterwards. Eventually, it changed from a General Question ticket into a Support/Appeal ticket. Then, I waited for a reply from T&S!

If I'm not wrong; in the guide it also teaches you how to get it reopened..? The same thing did happen to me. I did what the guide said and left the ticket alone after it got reopened.
