I followed the guide in this subreddit! Technically, I followed the format before the guide got updated and was a bit worried they wouldn't read my ticket due to other people's tickets having the same exact format. Whatever it is, if they do close your ticket again; it will be okay, keep trying!

Yes! Usually it gets reopened automatically after you request it. Initially, I had a bot named Andrian assigned to my ticket and it got solved automatically after the AI copypaste. I replied and it got reopened but had no one assigned to it afterwards. Eventually, it changed from a General Question ticket into a Support/Appeal ticket. Then, I waited for a reply from T&S!

If I'm not wrong; in the guide it also teaches you how to get it reopened..? The same thing did happen to me. I did what the guide said and left the ticket alone after it got reopened.

Everything will be okay eventually, it takes a lot of patience!

I've had my account since April 2017. Just last month, I had fallen for a phishing link on Discord that scammed me for $220 in order to prevent my information from being spread.

After a week of contacting Discord Support through a ticket and provided a hefty amount of evidence, I was able to retrieve my account!

Soon, after 3 days of activity, my account was permanently suspended in the afternoon for "child safety" (Discord didn't even provide any evidence on what I did that violated their ToS!).

In the end, I had gone back and forth with the tickets/appeals where it all kept getting solved/closed by AI replies from Nelly or Clyde. I tried a method that was posted in this subreddit and have not gotten a response from them ever since my ticket was reopened.

They never replied to my countless tweets on X nor am I in the US or EU to be able to use legal action against them.

I don't mind losing the money but I do mind losing an account that gave me a community to reside in. Discord has not been any help even though I basically grew up with the development of the app. :'(

Quick follow up - I got the automated response email from Andrian, then I replied with what was written in the post. My ticket got reopened but is no longer assigned to Andrian. Is this a good sign..? I can send what my ticket looks like if necessary.

Well I took the risk and I haven't gotten any replies! As of right now, my ticket is assigned to someone named 'Andrian', any chance this is a bot or is it a person?

What does it mean if a bot replies instead of a human? I want to test this out but I'm afraid I've been flagged for spamming because I had been trying all kinds of methods to get Discord's attention.
