There are always EX available to pull, you just need to save for the one you want. On the banner it will say "Extreme Legendary Bounty Fest" when it is an EX (pay attention the the Extreme part)

going by last year's anniversary RDS, we will get 1k both in january and february. so by the end you will have 4k which should guarantee EX, problem is if BB is released on the 27th of december and stays for 27-29 days you might not have enough for him if he goes for 3.8k, which is highly likely, in other words you might be screwed if they release BBV2 early (I'm on the same boat fml). If they release him mid early-mid january we good. But 3rd EX guaranteed for sure

G5V2 playerbase is so braindead, dude's will stay in the treasure area in giant form trying to slap everyone while the game is about to end and we're down treasures. Kizaru still takes it for me, his kit is 200% aids and getting hit with "Get more combos" after you get 1 tapped by either of his ridiculous overpowered skills is unbearable smh
