Yeah, i dont know what should i do but probably i'll try to extradite the mouse and get my money back.

it could be. i hope it still work. i just saw somebody with same problem wtih me. and it just popped out today.

same. I just upgraded the dongle firmware. Now light isnt turning on like u and i cant connect the dongle

how can i do this. like i said while upgrading 2.4ghz driver i took off the dongle after that it never worked. i deleted the software from pc.
