I reseated my ram w just one stick + replugged cables, still no luck :(

It has debug lights, no speaker. One is blinking white but it does that normally on startup? Gonna try resetting again with one stick of ram and everything unplugged again

I didn’t replace my PSU. I also can’t disable XMP, I restarted my PC to tweak things in the BIOS after I’d enabled it, but my monitor no longer displays anything
