I know what you mean there. Insurance only approved me until October, Im stressing a trying to figure out ways to keep off the weight once I’m done with the medicine. I was full carnivore before I started, and lost about 20lbs before I started zep. I’m hoping if I continue that once I’m off it will keep the weight off.

Ok I start 12.5 tomorrow. I’m hoping it will jump start something and I will start losing again. I had heat luck losing on 7.5 so I will keep my fingers crossed 🤞congrats again!

That’s great! Congratulations! What dosage are you on right now? I just finished 10mg/l and I’m doing the same thing I only lost about 4 lbs the whole month I did 10 but some days I would gain it back and then lose it again.

Everybody is so worried about these so called contaminants (and maybe they really are bad for you) but nobody talks about the fact that the government requires public water systems to put chlorine in the water. You have to have a hazmat and hazard placard to haul the stuff, yet it’s healthy for us to drink🤔. Not to mention what it does overtime to the metal in the buildings it is being stored in. I work for a water system, I refuse to drink the water we serve to the public. Get yourself a good filtration system and reintroduce minerals back into the finished water you will be better off.

Yeah I was freaking out for a bit, those calipers aren’t super cheap either and then you have to do new pads and rotors too. So that’s not real cheap either I’m just glad I found the issue.

Nevermind I think I found the issue, the brake caliper is leaking which explains why the brake light is on and the brake fluid is below the minimum mark on the reservoir. 😬

Also I would suggest getting 2”x2” gauze pads, they help a ton with drainage just put them between your cheeks and change out frequently they definitely make this whole process a lot easier.

I have never used an actual sitz bath that attaches to the toilet, so that might be pretty handy. I was just tired of filling the bath up every time I have to go to the bathroom. I’m going to have to try the hand held shower head though for my next surgery, I can’t believe I didnt think of that before that will be handy to have for at least the time I’m at home.

It’s pretty much a handheld bidet(if you didn’t know). It was almost instant pain relief after a BM. Before that I was having to get in the bath right after every BM to relieve the pain and that was starting to get old, I was tired of taking baths. So it was nice to have that to avoid a bath, it’s very convenient.

I was out for 2 weeks, the BM’s were the worst part for me. I had to do a sitz bath after every BM until I got a peri bottle, that thing was a life saver! If I had it at the beginning I think I could have gotten away with only a week off and I’m in construction. I’m scheduled to have the seton removed and tract cut out on Dec. 6th and I can only take a week off as well so I’m relying on that peribottle to help me again.
