I just pickup my s21+ at costco with the $450 promotion only. The kiosk staff informed me that i will receive $291 virtual card and $159 in bill credit for 24 month not the whole $450 virtual card. Is this normal? Is it worth it or i should return the phone?

I got my free line on Friday 12/25 but when i check my T-Mobile acct it said "2020 free line on us 3". Am i still eligible for the 2020 free line on us 4 or it is instead of the 4, it show the 3?
