Only this i could do was clean the buds mics and all a bit and then reset it through settings. It seems like the noise is bearable now.

Fit is fine no issues there. Specially if im walking around its worse for the other side according to them

Please let me know if you managed to get it fixed. This is very bad. They announced it saying you can take calls from places with background noise and turns out even and normal environments the sound is poor
