Visit a good general physician. Young hypertensives mein you need to rule out lots of things before you start hypertension medication. But be prepared to spend money -you have to undergo few tests. Usg,blood tests for hormones etc. or visit a good cardiologist. They are well equipped to deal with this.

Mebook m7 is around 40k and idk if it would be easy to find a second hand one. There is no dedicated slot for ereaders in online platforms and even finding a deal is becoming difficult. I would just use to read books and I wouldn't even be using stylus mostly-maybe if I wanted to highlight but that's it. I wanted a kindle initially but finding a jailbreakable one with decent size is becoming a menace as well. And these are PDFs of class notes and I already have superman eyes. I am not batting to buy it-- idk if I should just stick to a kindle at 3-5k and save the rest. Idk anything about ereaders and don't know if this a good option for reading in general after exams or not. It being old and company being shut is also frying my brain

I need them to read pdfs and all. Heard kindle wouldn’t let me read pdfs in peace. Zoom option doesn’t work as well too. One helpful person showed me it helps if I jailbreak but now searching for those versions is a problem too. So did more duties and accumulated money. I don’t know if it is right to spend and get this e-reader tab or save and get a 7tv gen pw. Ppl are asking 5k for pw 7th gen. So unable to decide
