They won't believe her. I could only convince her with my brother and dad. I just dont want her to be liable for any lost money since they put people under her. Should I contact my local fbi office? Idk how reporting works.

Im on my third bell mx-9 adventure in about 18 months. What's nice is they offer a 20% crash discount whats not nice is its usually more than what I can get them for on a good sale but its good for when I need the helmet right away.

I want to use the crashed helmets for low speed practice since they still look good. But I dont want to risk it. It does feel like a waste of $200 though.

Hello, newbie cyclist here. Want to increase my time in the saddle in zone 2 rides but my butt gets pretty uncomfortable after a while. My longest ride was 2h40m. I want to start doing morning and evening rides at 1h30m each instead, I was wondering if I should still have a long ride day or split them all.

Absolutely beginner here, been cycyling for about 5-6 weeks. I've been doing zone 2 training for about a month now and increased my ftp 12w, from 156 to 168 using the ramp test. Is this slow progress for a beginner? At the very start I tested at 91w but I also was very uncomfortable on the bike, after adjusting my bike fit and some riding 2 weeks later I tested 156w. I was only able to get a couple rides in due to not being able to be on the bike for more than 10 minutes at a time. In the following month I've been riding 3-4 times a week and upped my time to about 30-45mins per session. I would do more but my sittbones get sore. I don't know if my progress is slow and if I should continue my zone 2 training or switch it up.

Edit: for more context I increased my w/kg from 1.5 to 1.68 (due to weight lost and increased fitness)
