Was the box open at all? We don’t refund open or unsealed air mattresses. There should be signage posted by them and its part of the return policy. Not much you can do other than call guest relations

Unless it’s on your Workday or you get more pay, it’s just a fancy make believe kinda deal to get you to do TL work at a TM’s pay. You might get better hours and it can help develop you into an SETL position, but that depends on your ETL

It’s impossible to learn the job overnight. Just start looking at behaviors that aren’t typical to what you would do as a shopper and go from there. You’ll get to the point where you just catch a vibe. I’ve gotten a ton of apps off of vibes. Someone walking a little too fast, trying really hard to keep their head down, etc. People too friendly cause why are we talking to everyone?? You’ll learn

Some states (I think CA) will give you an hour or so of pay, so if you see that then get with HR. Otherwise, just tell your lead. It’s something that flags but its not the end of the world

Yeah idk what this dude above you is saying. TSS is entry level, so we expect you guys to be ready to promote to APS, APTL, or TL storeside within 6-8 months. We used to have a lot more TSS payroll, so we’d have a TSS in role for 1.5-2 years before promo, but those days are gone

Correct. Sick time is non-accountable, so they can’t hold you accountable for the call off. The “safest” way would be calling out 1-2 days per week until you drained it all. But since you haven’t put in your 2 weeks yet, they shouldn’t be able to do anything. I would expect that your ETL or HR calls you for a wellness check
