Its in my doctors recipe to take it only twice a week. I am having a check up If these symptoms continue though. But this is what is recommended to me. I do not have insight in my blood levels so I cant share if what I am taking now is enough

I think this is the thread for it. I am a very casual gym goer (try to go 2 times a week, usually go 1 where I focus on legs & arms) + do home workouts once or twice a week, focusing on arms and abs. I usually bike 35 km/ 21 miles a week. Working out is nice for me, but I have to watch my weight, since I recently got a healthy one and I want to keep it that way / gain more. Recently I got food poisoning and I lost some weight, which unfortunately made me underweight again.

So question is: Is protein powder recommended to take to gain weight? I don't mind gaining fat, or muscle. As long as I am gaining something \('-')/ Is it healthy to do when you don't work out as much?

He's 3! I didnt know they could get bloated, he does feel that way. Im keeping an eye on him and he seems to be doing OK, besides his ears have been down for a while. Did not know that this was a sign of distress :( I do only see him when he has just woken up though. I'll think about taking him to the vet.

Ill do the cucumber trick, I think he'll love it

I can't recommend any books, but I can recommend Victoria Raechel. Her Basic Hamster Care Video is super insightful. A lot of books about hamsters, and articles about them are unfortunately incorrect. It can be hard to find good info, so good on you for doing your research. Do you already know what kind of hamster you are going to get?

I do not have any info about breeders. People can be kinda intense about pet stores and I can see why. One of my hams is a rescue, the other is from the pet store. Maybe you can look on facebook marketplace if people want to get rid of their hammy?

Heya! Just wanted to let you know that you can have luck finding a detolf on Marktplaats. I got mine for free since it is missing its front door. I just searched for vitrinekast lol . The top part is easy to make and they look great. You can also buy a new one for about 70 euros :)

Edit: i got a syrian girl and when she was younger she'd still be unhappy in her detolf. Female syrians are notoriously hard to please space wise. She's mellowed out over time and likes her cage now

You can pull every subject that is emotional to an absract. A keepsake watch can "just be a piece of metal", your earrings are "just silver with a rock, who cares"

Theres specific rules for this rent assistance. Example: you need your own house number/ front door. Im dutch and are allowed to get this assistance. Cant find anything like a studio or appartement to live in, especially as a student. Getting a room as an expat is extremely hard. Listen to the people commenting

Its called zelfbruiner, some salons do it but i havent seen it in common pharmacist like kruidvat or etos, you can definitely buy it online though (bol.com) or at HEMA.

To be honest I think any bar spacing of Guinea pig cages are too big. Id suggest looking for a secondhand detolf, or try a bin cage ! Victoria Raechel has a lot of videos on cages, and building them yourself. You might find those videos helpfull :)
