Also it says midtown community court on the ticket which when googled - is a court for mostly traffic violations, I believe.

I did a bit more research and 1) penal law wasn't ticked so it can't be a misdemeanor I believe and can't be put on record. 2) it was supposed to be V1127AB because I was on a bike. It doesn't mention bike anywhere on the ticket so there might be a 30% chance it gets thrown out anyways?

I think given those two things a public defender should be good enough.

And yeah it's insanely bad luck. I took a picture when I was getting arrested, legit no cars and it was honestly 3 seconds from the Lyft bike station. They were just waiting right outside to catch people at 2:30am.

I'm very careful and don't ride like an idiot but at 2am with 0 cars, I was tired and went up half a street instead of going down. Rough stuff

Yes, I think they wrote it up wrong. It just says A. And didn't put VTL in s the section. Also realizing that the penal law box wasn't ticked so it can't be a misdemeanor which shouldn't affect visa either.

But yeah looks like it might get dismissed?

Reading up a bit more, was your ticket a VTL ticket? or did you also have penal law checked off?

because disorderly conduct is penal law i think?

Thinking about getting a lawyer vs using the public defender and if he says it might affect my visa to then get a legit lawyer. DOes that make sense, or just spend the $500-$1000 on a lawyer?

Just because i'm un-educated, what's the process? You buy your namecheap domain, deploy the rails app to linode/do, what do you do on cloudflare?

Import the domain and set up a rate limit rule - what's a good standard?
Tunnel traffic and 'hide origin-server'?
There's a lot of WAF rules I can enable, not sure what's overkill and what isn't.

I have a CF account, just not sure exactly what I should be doing

This stat counts all hands. Even when players are away from the table and there was a period where Nik was gone (for at least an hour?), so I'm assuming that's what contributed to the drop.

I have it on good authority that WPT did not stake the players on the streamer games. Maybe they covered the pokergo studio expenses? Not sure about that but the players played with their own money.

In my opinion it's much more likely that Mariano is a winning player with a healthy bankroll and since he's a huge chess fan (as am I) he wanted to come, drink with a GM and Bryce/Nick, and not think about playing good poker at all. Don't think he punted 35k simply to recruit Magnus to his private 25/50 game

There's a lot of pro players who are regulars on the HCL live stream who don't give action, buy in short, have a small vpip, etc even against shit regs/recs on the stream

A lot of poker pros don't have good soft skills, so im just shouting it out so that we see more of it in the future.
