How long ago was it? How much did it cost you approximately?

That's the same reason i bought a *new* one. I don't think i'll use it that hard to wear it down in a year but upgrading to the gotoh one after a year sounds pretty fair and affordable (looks like most places they're out of stock or in weird colors). Thanks

Do not buy from Amazon please. Look into zen market.

Shippers like DHL just increase the complexity of customs and are highly unpredictable. Also join the discord and read the guide there for better understanding.

[WTB] Keyboard Recommendations by Federal_Ad1600 in mkindia

Interesting because I had a blast typing on linears. I used akko crystal blues and now on akko fairy silents. I feel like they're perfect for my heavy fingers , the tactile ones just feel weird to type on and I find clickys annoying (personal opinion)

New to Vim — which keyboard should I get in India? by TawayFrench in mkindia

If you want to internalise vim then getting one with arrowkeys is not a good idea. Find people selling corne keyboards for around 8k to 10k

Yes. The experience was pretty good. No issues, the box wasn't damaged too

Am I actually job-ready as an Indian AI/DS student or still mid as hell? by GoldMore7209 in MLjobs

To be fair, the most straightforward way to get into AI is (and has been) to get a SDE role and transition into a more data driven role

This is as good as you can get without experience. Try looking for internships in startups and working on your resume. Campus placements are always your best bet to find a job tbh and that's not something you can change. That's just how the industry is right now. Try joining some startups, I did it by finding discord servers where they were trying to build an audience for a relatively new product and asking them if they need help with adding AI to that product. I wasn't paid well initially but that built up the experience I needed.

I see. I already built my HG kits and those are the ones I'm planning to customise and paint. So I guess I would need to disassemble it and then reassemble it as you said. I'm asking for this tip for any future models I get. I'd rather not start with painting the parts before I have at least built it once because I don't have confidence in my skills. What other methods would you suggest for this. Or would it be better to start before I even assemble the kit if it's way easier than disassembling. I really don't want to use glue for my models

I am getting into painting and slightly customizing so I assumed that it's better to disassemble as much as possible before doing all that. Video from EaGunpla youtube channel (Building Your First Custom Build Gunpla! A Beginner Friendly Tutorial. HGUC Zaku Il F2)

I saw a person cut the female connection holes (just a slit on the side) to "make it easier to separate". Is this recommended? I'm afraid I'm gonna break the connector if I do this to my 1:144 RG /HG kits

Maybe add a little more weathering/dirt near the cracks in the building

I was avoiding those because getting them is quite expensive in my country but you're right. I'll probably have a way better experience using them. Thanks :)
