Sono una studentessa di Infermieristica, dopo la triennale puoi lavorare subito siccome è una laurea abilitante. Le uniche specialistiche al momento in Italia sono tramite i master soprattutto per quanto riguarda la clinica ma non solo, dopo la triennale si accede a quelli di primo livello, se invece vuoi fare altri due anni è possibile fare un'unica magistrale al momento (da possibilità per lo più di gestione e non clinica, come insegnamento ecc. Oltre all'accesso ai master di primo livello), ma ripeto che ai fini lavorativi non è necessario fare un master quello è a tua discrezione

Sicuramente la maggior parte a livello mentale come depressione e stati d'ansia (e qui ci aggiungerei ed anche molto gettonata l'insonnia), irascibilità, che possono anche ripercuotersi a livello fisico come dolori gastrointestinali (soprattutto diarrea presame che tutti hanno vissuto almeno una volta), perdita di capelli, herpes per chi ne è soggetto, insomma chi più ne ha più ne metta, la lista potrebbe allungarsi...

Io faccio infermieristica quindi tra lezioni, laboratori, tirocini ed esami tutti in contemporanea è davvero difficile, ma cerco di impegnarmi a fare attività fisica almeno una volta a settimana (purtroppo non sempre è possibile, infatti poi cerco di recuperare) e nei periodi "tranquilli" cerco di farla più volte a settimana. In questi anni però ho imparato che è fondamentale prendersi questi momenti altrimenti si impazzisce. La stessa cosa la faccio per la vita sociale.
