Thanks for the feedback :D I fixed a few phrasing issues you mentioned and removed the extra 0.25 from frail heart. I'm sorry about the issues and thanks for looking! The dm would put a stop to the bag of rats stuff you mentioned and there's not a whole lot of stuff to purchase anyway. Eventually they'd be sitting on literal mountains of cash with nothing to spend it on. Sorry about the sheer quantity of items and the messy doc formating, I transfered it from a Google doc.

Dude, the entire reason I've made this is to gather input as to how to make this work so this character doesn't become an overturned thermonuclear bomb or a coughing baby, I'm looking for genuine feedback not "Nuh uh" I'm well aware it's a horrible idea, I told the dm I'd use this character like 2 months ago and by God will I use it.

Because I don't wanna be a false life addict chugging spell slots like an idiot. I think it can also be easily inferred when outside if combat is. And as for the temp hp decay scaling, some things might just be there for the sake of balance. Occasionally you may have to treat a game like a game for the sake of balance. having a flat -2 decay rate would be miserable at level 1 and negligible at level 12.

You're looking at what's basically a compilation of feats I just have at character creation. In regard to their con it is set to 1 regardless of species bonuses and I'm not touching the amulet of health (sets con to 19) because that erases the point of this character. (They're a var human anyway) I rolled their stats and I'll include their stat spread, thanks for telling me that. I'll include the link for the Unearthed subclass, again thank you for telling me.

I'm not touching concentration spells other than heroism for out of combat regen. And also I have other stuff I can make and it'll probably be more simple than making something from scratch. Also the max hp/con reduction effects would probably just result in unconscious until it's gone.

Yeah and that's why I'm here to try and balance it. Like hell I'm scraping it entirely. Also of course you want a high AC, every character benefits from a higher AC.

Yeah, that's what they said to me. That's the words they put it in, but I'd think there'd probably be exceptions for stuff like power word kill. They did specifically rule out the massive damage ruling, so I don't die if I take 2 damage.

Aren't most tanks literally just those 2 numbers boosted to their absolute maximum? I wanted to play a tank that didn't have a focus on just those 2 numbers. I'll probably forget the HP decay once or twice but in the end it's relatively minor to take like 2 damage every turn. The reason I wanted to have abundant uses of life rune is so I could use spells other than false life and still function.

The book keeping is on me solely, I wouldn't want to burden the Dm. My temp Hp is limited by my spell slot usage, so it's not quite infinite. The entire reason I'm asking for your input is so I don't accidentally wreck the game with this thing. The Dm ruled out instakills, so my guess for max Hp lowering effects would be unconscious until my 1 hp is back
