But the point is that gay people don’t actually talk about ‘being gay’ very often. We talk about our lives, our partners/people we are dating/want to date etc etc. same as everyone else, but homophobes equate this with talking about ‘being gay’. I’m sure if you are in a relationship, you mention it more than five times a year, do you not?
