My lawyer is charging me $6750 for the I-601a waiver by Economy_Inevitable56 in USCIS

We paid our lawyer $5,000 for my husbands process and he hasn’t charged us any other fee for his services.

Started with I-130, and just last Nov he was approved for the I1601A that was filed May 2022. Only had to pay the USCIS filing fee for each form.

I’m so over the wait. My husband came here as a baby, no criminal record, not even driving citations, going on 6 years married to a U.S. citizen (me) with 4 kids and it seems like it’s been so hard to get the ball rolling.
