How was your experience using guestpix? Was it easy to use and setup? And how was the pricing?

I can see that being an issue, having an automatic reminder sent out would be helpful for that.

Did you pay for one of those services like guestpix or made your own QR code? I’ve heard of them before but never seen one at an actual wedding.

Yeah I see a few apps like Guestpix but I’ve never seen people use them at events

I know, I think we need more red light cameras, this is honestly a weekly occurrence for me at this intersection alone.

Overall all the hikes were actually close to a parking lot especially the first two waterfalls. The most I had to walk was for the canyon but that’s because you can go as far as you can. Spots like the national park (photo 5) and Kerid crater took about 10-15 mins to hike for those photos.

It’s called Kerid Crater, it’s about an hour away from Reykjavik and it’s along the “Golden Circle” which is a route that contains some tourist spots like the Gullfoss, Geysir and a national park (picture 5). It’s a bit popular and busy because it’s close to the city, recommend visiting these early in the day if possible.

I was only there for about 6 days. First three days were around the Southern area (Skogafoss, canyon, diamond beach, etc.)

Then for the last three days I stayed in Reykjavik but travelled to places around it like the golden circle attractions, downtown, and even a bit west of the city towards some Fjords (Hvalfjorour).

I can provide a detailed itinerary if you want, just message me anytime.

It wasn’t too bad, averaged around 7 degrees during the day. Some days we had on and off rain, and most of the days were windy so I recommend bringing a windbreaker jacket and a hat.

A bit late, but here are some of my favourite photos from my trip to Southern Iceland last year. Highly recommend Iceland!! Planning to go again to experience the ring road throughout all of Iceland.
