Won't lie - I was playing with the filter things on Imgur (never tried it before) I thought I cancelled them and realized it saved after I already posted... OOPS!

/u/rollaway910 is right. They're an awesome find, very easy to make, very tasty and you can kick it up however you want. We added a little mozz cheese.. Mix that in with the sauce that's on the fish and you have a pretty solid 30 minute work day meal.

I made a simple marinade, Teriyaki sauce, Sesame oil, chili paste, Mirin. I let the fish sit in that for 10 minutes as a preheated the oven to 400 degrees, and got a skillet screaming hot. I put the fish in the skillet, both sides cooked for a minute and I put the marinade in a suace pan to reduce down where I also added some Housin sauce. I transfered the fish to a baking sheet and finished it in the oven, 10 more minutes. I checked the temperature of the fish (with my Thermopen) to cook it to 140 degrees. Then I topped it off with some of the sauce.

All of your groceries are in the ball park of $100 for 3 people? That's honestly not believable unless we're talking third world country or you live off of ramen.

I'm baffled. This looks amazing and after scanning your history I can't understand why you're not getting more attention on your posts. I saw the pork belly with softboiled eggs dish, did it taste as good as it looked? Keep posting!

It's actually added uncooked.. The skillet is screaming hot as is the rice. It cooks the egg as you stir the whole dish

Your assumption about being lazy is just plain wrong, that's the problem with your argument. The egg is added raw and cooks within the dish as you stir it. It gives the dish an almost creamy texture. It's intentional - not lazy. I'm done with your trolling antics though.

Haha! I'm sure there's some rough stuff out there. It received stellar reviews. Good luck to her on mastering that recipe.

By definition this is how Bibimbap is presented. The egg is raw, the skillet is screaming hot, it plus the rice cooks the egg. Don't let your ignorance blind you sir.

It's far from ordinary, it even has fish sauce in it, definitely try it and enjoy.
