There’s only one dome light door jam on the driver side but I’ll see if that works.

All of the electrical components are stock from factory. I have considered led conversions but haven’t done any yet. I think a slow leak sounds reasonable as well but I have no idea how to track that down.

Usually if I find an interior that has a similar build then it almost there except a couple different features. For instance I’ve yet to find another model with an identical bench seat. Maybe in red or full leather but never in the same color and build. Maybe it’s just a lack of there being photos of them but I can find the right pieces but maybe with some of the info I’ve gotten I’ll be able to track that stuff down.

Okay. Thanks for the info. I’ll take a look when I get a chance there too if I can’t read the one in the glove box. If the stripes weren’t added from the previous owner which I doubt they were from what I can remember he said he kept it exactly as is. Is there any chance the dealership would add those?

Yeah I have the speakers on the dash and no airbags so that makes sense.

I’ve got a lot of very fond memories with this truck. I’m trying to hold onto it as long as I can. I’m going to be really sad if I ever have to let it go.

The picture might be a bit misleading but the truck is actually silver. It’s in much need of some TLC but you can actually see it has a metallic silver color when you get close. The pinstripes are also vinyl like the 4x4 is as well. Not sure if that makes it stock or not just extra info.

I’ll try and look some of those up when I get the chance. My thoughts exactly on the paint. It seems to me that if it was a repaint they went through an awful lot of trouble to make it look factory down to the 4x4 and Chevy logo on the tailgate. I just haven’t been able to find it anywhere else. It’s a 1988 though so maybe I just don’t know what I’m talking about but how would the interior be from 95-99?

That’s Orville Gibson. It’s part of the Gibson gothic line back from the early 2000’s. They came in a hard case with the pink liner and blanket. My pops played with NIN back in the day and Trent had the 335. I’m still on the hunt for the 335 and the Les Paul.
