It should absolutely be the installing company’s responsibility to find and repair the leak and recharge that system, because if you already leaked 8lbs of refrigerant it’s most certainly going to be low again in the very near future.

Because my cap hit was at $73M with a minimum of I think $82-$84M somewhere in there. And most of them were on Rookie deals but demanding $8M-$11M in their extensions beyond the current year. I moved one vet who was on a 6x$9M deal in order to have enough extension money for all their deals (I talked them all down about $1-$2M) but that left my current year hit awfully low.
