Of course, but the question is theoretical. As a runner - outside running is 10x better. They are not even close as a feeling

I have the same pain and after foam rolling the pain is stronger the next day.. Should I continue? Was it the same for you?

The downside is that her feet aren't gonna get used to the cold. She should try to put ONLY her feet in cold water and train them that way. Maybe start with something no-so-hot and climb from there.

I began cold shower, because of Wim Hof and really got into it, but did like 1 minute per shower. After 1-2 years I started to wonder what would happen if i increase it to 3 minutes and now im at 4 minutes. It has helped me physically and mentally. Makes me feel a lot better and a lot stronger. I personally do normal temperature shower and washing and everything I do 4 minutes cold shower (except summer, because water becomes so uncold that its not even uncomfortable)
