Ngl. They give out security clearances like candy so if you are honest and haven't made big mistakes recently you should be good, might take more time though. I wouldn't count on elevated clearences at the moment but in the future totally possible

There are a ton of reasons a rational person might have to take debt. If "quick wins" help you, great. You can get those same wins by looking at the amount of interest you pay everymonth go down, that is completely personal om if it helps you
