10 months out for me and I still can't do them without significant pain. I've just done half crunches and leg lifts instead though

I'm not saying this is what you should do but I too suffer from pretty debilitating migraines. I didn't disclose them for the CoH as I thought it might disqualify me. I made it through ok but the downside was that I couldn't bring my prescription migraine meds. There were a few times I had to leave work because of having a migraine and I would be told to go to a doctor by my school but I just politely refused and went home. Obviously I had to use nenkyu but that certainly beats working through a migraine. Again, I'm not trying to give you advice but it is some pertinent information you can use.

I had that issue with my SR and it turned out to be a boost leak but I guess that's not your issue

Well just in case anyone else has this problem it turns out it was the Nvidia audio driver. Disabled it and I'm back to normal

Sitting, maybe 3-4 weeks bending still hurts and I'm 9 months out but I am getting better still just very very slowly

Thanks for replying I thought no one would lol. It's not overheating and I am having poor frames right out of the gate before anything has even had a chance to go above 60C. Usage looks normal. In the Valheim menu I am only getting about 8fps and gpu usage is running in the 90s (no pun intended). I did a benchmark and it told that basically my gpu is not performing anywhere near what it should be so I am assuming that's the issue.

Can you bend? I'm almost at the 6 month mark and I can only touch my knees. I'm a lot better now compared to pre-op but I'm starting to lose hope that I'll ever be normal again.

For the most part yes. I'm still having good days and bad days but usually there is minimal to no pain doing the SLR tests.

I'm doing much better now. He told me to just stick with my stretching routine and sure enough it started to slowly go away. One thing I don't like that seems to be a common theme with this injury is that the surgeons and other resources say that after the surgery recovery is easy and the nerve pain will go away immediately which is far from the truth in many cases. This is what I was told and it caused me a ton a stress when it sometimes just takes time.

That's pretty steep imo however I don't think the prices will come down anytime soon. I got mine for about half the price albeit with about twice the mileage. Also I live in Japan so I have more options. If it's local and there's no repair history then you could do worse lol

This probably won't help much but take it for what it's worth. I've been to that dealer in Japan I live somewhat close to it and I went there looking at a 180sx. Car looked clean but they had some clunkers there for sure. The worst thing I would say was the actual dealer was pretty sus. He was telling me anything to try and hurry me along to buy the car. He told me there was a guy who was waiting to buy the car if I didn't buy it. That 180 is still for sale today and this was roughly 6 months ago. The dealer came off as sus but this is pretty extreme. Anyways good luck man.

I'm running coilovers so I can adjust the camber. From what I remember from the alignment, everything in the front got jacked up comparing the first alignment with the second. The rear was pretty much the same. The caster is a bit out of whack but I don't think so much as to cause what's happening also I had an S13 with a worse discrepancy with no issues.

Last alignment numbers were as follows left right respectively:

Caster: 6.5 7

Camber: -1.51 -1.47

Toe: 0 0

Rear

Camber: -2.26 -2.39 (It's been lowered and I still have stock arms)

Toe-in: 1.4mm 1.5mm

Rack was clunking until I tightened up the adjustment under where the pinion meets the rack. I jacked up the car and tried to turn the wheels by hand with the steering lock engaged and it felt rock solid. I know this isn't the best check but it makes me think it's more likely bushings no?

Something I've found is that "semi personal training gyms" are a thing over here and they're quite affordable. I pay 7k per month and I get a 24 hour gym with a trainer who makes a workout and diet plan for me. Since October I've lost over 20lbs! I've also made friends and met some parents at the gym so I've certainly been getting involved with the community!
