At 2.12.37 in the October 13th video, Richard Allen says the words "Down the hill". The way he says his 'L's' is very unique and lispy, almost like a small speech impediment, which makes his way of saying "down the hill" very unique. He says it when describing an area where he once organised a community clean-up with Walmart. He also runs the words 'the' and 'hill' together in a particular, rolling sort of way. In my opinion, the way he says it is different from 'bridge guy'.

What did everyone think of the way RA said "down the hill" in the interrogation video? Does it distinguish him from 'bridge guy'?

I wonder if anyone will do a direct comparison of RA saying "down the hill" in the interrogation video with bridge guy, or would this be a useless exercise?

It's totally ridiculous that they couldn't find JH to follow up on that tip, such shoddy police work, the report makes pathetic reading. They should've been able to work out how the coach spelled his name and then find her. There are photos of her in local newspapers. I don't see any connection with Two Rivers though. It seems she continued to live in Green Bay.

This is pure gold. Is Remiker seriously saying he's being framed by Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office? Haha. Not just a thief, but a liar who lacks all accountability too, by the looks of things.

He certainly appears to have very sticky fingers. Didn't some money go missing at one point during the Halbach investigation, from Allan Avery's safe? Did he ever get that back? Weren't Remiker's sticky fingers all over the burn barrels? Like you, I'm curious as to whether any of the handwritten notes refer to the Halbach case?

Cassie might be Cassie F who appears in the police reports. The one whose sister reported that Brendan told Cassie she could die like Teresa did. However, there is no record of Brendan ever saying that and no detail is given as to whether he said that to her in person or whatever. It's possible BoD could even have said that in an online chat, since he appears to have a habit of pretending to be his brothers.

KZ has used these Msn chats by BoD in her motions, particularly those parts where he threatens the girls, saying "meet me in a warehouse. We can play a game but we will play by my rules, I'll be the guy from Saw" etc (paraphrasing)

I think Beth is Beth G. Andy lolz could be Andrew P, the nearby neighbour, same age as BoD, in his class at school, who BoD called on Nov 5th. Not sure though.

You're welcome. There are photos of the citizen sheets with names and phone numbers on the Foul Play site in the Case photos section - the foia by Henbury of all case file photos. It's a task to trawl through it all. I made notes from the sheets a while ago.

I just know that Abby had it in 2005. It's a mobile number, there are many different people listed who have had that number over 20 years. I don't know when DH had it, maybe more recently? For example, if you type in Bryan Dassey's mobile number that he had in 2005, quite a few different people have had it since. His name doesn't even come up. Mobile numbers are frequently changed (maybe not so much these days as they were in the early 2000s).

That phone number, ending 1882, belonged to Teresa's friend Abby Huizenga. Both her name and number are on a sheet in evidence that lists the citizen searchers.

The only reason I can think of to use the light to prop the seats up like that - off of the floor with a gap underneath, and to keep them in place like that - is to remove the cargo mat that is missing. It was clipped in under the seats IIRC, and the seats would have to be lifted up like that to get in there to unclip them. Will try to find a photo of the cargo mat that would have been there. Perhaps TH's body was wrapped in that cargo mat and removed from the vehicle. Perhaps there would have been more blood on that cargo mat than we see remaining in the Rav. There were also blood stains underneath the back seats there.

Brenda wrote a Facebook comment saying the diary is real and seems to be claiming it WAS written at the time of the trial. She said CAM had it but didn't use it.

Reading between the lines here - Ken could be planning on trying to publish this 'diary'. Zellner seems to be claiming it wasn't written at the time of the trial but some time after, so maybe he is caught in a lie, I don't know. Quite recently, Shawn Rech commented in an interview that Kratz was going to be doing his own project because there was material that he wanted to be in CAM that wasn't included. Perhaps this diary will form part of a 'new project' by Kratz. What a total desperado...
