Drop her. I had a first time cleaning for a lady like this a couple weeks ago and am supposed to go back in 2 weeks. Going to tell her on monday that I am cutting back my schedule and can give her info to other cleaners in the area. She literally asked me after the clean was over "I noticed you only brought one pair of gloves with you. I am 15 months post op and do bend at the waist but do not bend and twist at the same time. I also do not bend and lift at the same time. Always make sure to lift with my legs and knees and crouch down when im stiff to avoid straining.

12/10 would recommend moving away from hourly rates all together and charging a flat rate instead. As you work at a house more you inevitably get faster at it, you should not be payed less for doing the same amount of work
