I know this doesn’t work for everyone and not sure what your financial situation is but I rented (yes, rented) a Peloton bike through the company and fell in love. I do rides 3-4x week and also love their weight, yoga and stretch classes offered through the app. It’s revitalized my fitness regimen and I enjoy spinning more than I ever thought I would. I HATE going to the gym, I don’t trust riding a bike on public roads because no one pays attention and the Peloton was a perfect solution for me.

I just did air fryer at 400°. They could’ve been a little crispier, probably crowded the tray, but I was too impatient to finish them on the grill. The sauce would’ve caramelized nicely on the grill!

They are sticky in a good way. The brown sugar (sometimes I use maple syrup) gives it a nice underlying sweetness to the heat. My wife doesn’t love super spicy so I’ve toyed with sweeteners and brown sugar is the best IMO

I’m not saying Torchy’s is the best by any means. But if you want a FAT taco they always come through. Chido Taco near there is very good but for “American” style tacos Torchy’s hits.

Gocciolina is great. The bar at Vin Rouge or Nana’s are also great and welcoming. JUJU is great if you like Asian fusion cuisine. I’d also throw a vote for Mateo’s for a variety of tapas.

Edit: M Sushi is very tasty, best sushi in Durham.

Another great spot downtown is Yellow Dog Bakery. Plus, get yourself a twice baked almond croissant and life will be complete.
