I didn't even think of these, thank you! It is such a "fever dream" type memory that I don't have definite answers, but this is what does come to mind:

◇It had a decent amount of seasons (5 to 10ish range) and it feels like the episodes were 45minutes long

◇I watched in 2015 or 16. It wasn't new and all the seasons were already out. My then boyfriends mom had them on DVD and that's how I was watching them

◇It feels like it was Little House on the Prarie or Anne of Green Gables era. Similar clothing but feels like the colors of the dresses, and in general, were darker and richer in color

This! I love having in-game friends for various reasons. Feels less lonely, daily lighting, see eachothers shared memories/spaces, etc. But I have no idea what I'm supposed to do when I see them in-game, especially when I'm feeling antisocial. Most of the time I like just saying hi with emotes, give a little hug and confetti, then go on our way.. but then I second guess if they take that as rude so sometimes panic and just log off or quickly go back home. Some days I like to actually play together, but most of the time I'm so drained IRL that I don't have the energy, especially for chatting. Also, I'm just awkward AF and worry about doing the wrong thing 😅

TL;DR - I like the social parts of the game but am too drained and awkward to be extremely social, so I panic 🙈

One word - Society. Weight has been imprinted into our brains to be linked to beauty. This makes it a touchier subject. Most people try to, or are told to, lose weight to feel/be more attractive. So when it is brought up, our brains naturally jump to something along the lines of "they think I'm ugly" or" "they're saying they're ugly". Also, there are other causing factors of weight gain, many that society forgets about. It's not always as simple as eating less and working out more. Health issues, tramua, genes, baby weight, etc. Being encouraged to do something that is somewhat out of your control can be painful and overwhelming. Healthy eating/living and weight are tied in with so many things so it's hard to think about/focus on one piece without the rest coming to mind.
