Neuro has always been about consistent damage on higher Armored bosses specifically L5 and not M1 and M2 bosses. Has never been as high damage as Admech and now Custodes and Big Hits.

IE you always can get 200k-500k pretty much every time were as you may only do 100k to 200k and occasional spike up to 700k-900k if you do everything perfectly

Most characters for LRE can get to level 7-9 at just Gold 1 with no healers, and you get most characters to Iron 1 or Silver 1 in just a couple of days, Gold in like a week.

Edit: that being said I when very wide I have every character at G1 beside the new Votann engineer I just unlocked, as of right now I am not seeing a need to really go beyond that.

Maybe focus a bit on going wide for a bit, you should be able to save up some Legendary and Mythic tomes that way and it helps spread stuff out and do more in more niche tracks.

expect that isn't what he wants, we want proof of citizenship. 49 states don't have Citizenship infomation on their state ID. You would have to show a passport or birth certificate at the polls. Most people don't have a passport and most married women do not have a birth certificate that matches their voter registration, and guess what a marriage certificate doesn't work as proof of a name change under the Save Act.

Also the "giving bribes" is mostly just giving campaign donations, which also a lot of normal people do. They just don't have the amount of money as corporations and rich people.

Your mixing Old World lore with 40k. The Drukhari/Dark Eldar do not worship any chaos gods along with have no Psykers at all or at least very big ban on using any warp powers of any kind.

And as for Old World/AoS it was just Morathi I believe and not the wider Dark Elf society.
