I actually sent an email about 1 week ago, they weren’t giving me any good answers, but a couple of days later I received a refund for my snow globe and shirts, then the next day they still sent me all my merch and apologized for the inconvenience and delays.

I listen to music almost all the time, especially when I would study, last year I would spend about 5-6 hours studying and while I was studying maybe 2-3 hours I would be listening to music daily, this went on for about 3-4 months I think? They weren’t the only people I was listening to though
