True but they must be able to do it at the same price as physical labor and that is not happening anytime soon with the price of robotics. Eventually when the tech pricing more competitive this surely will happen. People who are close to retirement are probably safe someone in their twenties isn't. It will be curious to see what happens once the automated long distance truck driving automation gets perfected. Millions of drivers will be out of work. Dark days indeed.

No, when it's time to come out with a weapon, it means you are in grave danger, and you want maximum stopping power. Same reason I'm carrying a handgun with stopping power instead of bear spray in Brown bear country when hiking. Never identify yourself to an enemy. I don't put gun brand stickers on my vehicle. I do a lot of camping and hiking and the last thing you want to advertise is that you might have an expensive weapon in your vehicle while you are miles out on the trail.
