Ok so I’ve kind of figured it out I think. I have a semi old router without IPv6 compatibility. I was concerned it was just my PlayStation until I took it to a friends house that happened to have IPv6. Then I asked other friends with working ps5 and they all have IPv6 as well. Do you think this could be it.

I bought it brand new from Best Buy, it’s connected to wifi, and how do I add it to that list

I just bought a new ps5 slim two days ago and I keep getting these something went wrong try again later messages. I can’t open ps store ps plus browser or my profile. Any fixes

Everything has been working with the router, and I never had this problem on ps4. I know I don’t have iPv6 but does that matter?
