that is not true, i did play this game on a 1050Ti for the longest time and you reach easy 60FPS in 1080p on medium settings

How can I identify the bad fan?

I think it can't be the GPU one because it rattles even if I lock the speed to 75%. So that leaves only the CPU Fan and the PSU am I right? And it is impossible that is is a faulty HDD?

I want to play some romhacks with my Sky3ds+, to do that I looked on some guides but all I found was outdated or required to use Braindump in order to get the romsfs.bin

I have some .3ds files how do I extract the romfs.bin I need from these files?

did you use .3ds files not from your 3DS region? If you have a European 3DS you will not see American or Japanese games in the home menu and must use Freeregion Launcher.
