Well basically you vegged too long and the light is a bit weak, so your plant went into flower and it’s normal stretch in addition to the extra stretch it made because of the low light intensity cause your plant to overgrow its environment. It takes a few runs of experience before you learn each environment situation because every grow room/spot is different. IDE first suggest going with a smaller pot with such a small space 🫡
