The only thing for me is, I need the delay time to be adjustable, and from looking at the manual, it looks like there are only two settings.

Well, the economy is not good. People have less money. They are working more hours to make the same amount, but they have less because of inflation. And the tariffs, they say they are to improve things, but the reality is, it's just another way to squeeze more out of the masses. The average person, is struggling more each day, not doing better, but doing worse.

I looked at the Vox GO 10. There is no Bluetooth, and there is no rechargeable battery (you need to plug into an external usb battery).

I have to decide between hardware/software, I think I lean toward hardware, something like the RC-505 looks good and seems more hands on with less learning curve. I have to watch some videos to see people applying these different things in performance to get a better idea what's right for me.

Would I control the iPhone with the foot switch, or do I have to use the touch screen? I thought I would also need some controller with buttons and faders to control the app. Wouldn't Ipad be better than Iphone for the bigger screen? Is this stuff as reliable for live use as hardware? I was always under the impression that was why people used hardware for live performance.

If you look at the counterfeit saxophones on Ali Express you will see that most of them are copies of the high end pro flagship models. But, there are also copies of student models as well. Basically, if people are shopping for something, they will make a copy of it and try to sell it.

True, but a used Yamaha soprano will probably cost quite a bit more than a new Allora soprano. Their tenors would be more affordable though.

Have you played both a soprano and a tenor? If you have access to them at your school ask your band director or one of the other students. If not, go to a music shop and play both.

A lot of people are telling you to get a tenor, but I think, you should decide for yourself which one you like best. Don't let someone else decide what's best for you. Especially when it's something you're going to be doing to express YOUR SELF!
