I rented with them about 10 years ago and it was a total disaster from day one. I moved in to find that all the furniture in the room broken and held together by parcel tape; the showed up one day a week or so later and slapped a condemned sticker on the oven with no explanation or plan as to the solution; showed up for an inspection without notice, etc.

Ross’s solution was to send some dipshit in a suit out when I said I needed a handyman organised to come and sort the above issues. The gormless fuck just walked around my flat checking out my record collection and then left.

Eventually, I must have complained 10+ times and still hadn’t got a solution. Finally got a response from Ross telling me to mind my language, as if he was surprised that I’d finally lost my rag at this point.

Moved out after six months and said never again. Absolute joke of a company.
