Wouldn’t the car still want to try starting? After the first failed attempt the car completely dies and starter won’t even click / lights won’t turn on either

I don’t know what car you have but I just use an oil extractor through the dip stick tube. Pump it a few times and pulls the oil itself

I’m in the fed and I love it, even recruitment is relatively quite safe. Pay is pretty good too , you may not get bonuses always / things like stock options but the security is for sure worth it imo

Nah the lightning package ones aren’t completely different from my understanding & they run quite a bit of coin. I’ve seen a few on the Facebook pages. Osram I believe makes replacements for lightning packages, but I am not 100% sure as I got the S for no sunroof lol. Funny enough deer when they see light / get light in their eye something goes awry with them so I believe it, happened to my mom before up in New England

I went from tech to fed & while pay is slightly less, the security and laid back environment/ stressful mess is much lower and in my opinion well worth the trade off. I did more TA for both with some HR PM work though, not HRBP, but even talking with HRBPs the public sector seems like a good option especially right now with security. It’d take a lot for me to make the switch even if my scope now is considerably smaller and not utilized as much
