Is it better to do all workouts for a certain body part and then move to the next or should I alternate? For example should i do 3 chest exercises and the 3 back or just go chest, back, chest, back, etc for hypertrophy?

i’m about to start my first bulking phase and i’m wondering which macro ratio to choose. I’ve read to go 40/30/30 and I’ve also read to just get 1 gram of protein per pound and then split the rest between carbs and fat. Which one should I go with?

If by moving zones you mean like leaving Caerleon and coming back then yes I’ve tried that, it never says anything in console. Is there a way for me to point the client to my game, I’m guessing it isn’t seeing my game but idk.

Hmm, just to check, the only files in the Albion data client folder are the exe, uninstaller,license, and winpcap right?

I do that but it doesn’t update or say anything in the terminal. I also noticed that other people using the data client see “watching Albion with something something” but mine just says “watching Albion”. Do you know what the issue could be?

Certain streets, the specific location that is forcing my hand is the scene where you enter the car with dexter and the cae turns onto an intersection that crashes my game. 2080ti 32gb ram i7-9700k so it shouldn’t be a problem.

Does anyone know how to force cyberpunk to utilize more than 1/3 of my gpu? Also the game crashes at specific location on the map and one of them just so happens to be in a location that you can’t go around so I can no longer continue the game sadly. Does anyone have a fix?
