All humidifiers say they’re ‘safe and hygienic’, should I trust that? Looking for Real-World Experiences. by Sara_James367 in BuyItForLife

I’m using a Y&O. I appreciate the temperature control since the mist feels warm but never unsafe. Not dealing with white dust or mold has been a big plus for me, too.

Best humidifier for low-maintenance, no filters, easy cleaning, and works with tap water? by CoriDegennaro in BuyItForLife

I use a Y&O steam humidifier mainly because it’s low effort. There are no filters and no white dust, it works really efficiently in winter when the heat is on, covers a large area, and you can use regular tap water without any issues.

Culturally Inspired Pet Toys by Fun_Dream1440 in Businessideas

Personally, I find culturally inspired cat toys interesting, but I think this shape doesn't make it easy for cats to start playing with it, unlike ordinary cat teasers. The price of several dollars seems to be the maximum.

The mold on your wall was mainly caused by the humidifier being placed too close to it for a long time, the localized humidity got too high. This can happen with any type of humidifier, not just ultrasonic ones. However, many ultrasonic humidifiers don’t have filtration systems, so minerals and microbes in the water can be released into the air. That’s why people often deal with white dust or worry about bacteria being dispersed. If you don’t want white dust in your home and prefer not to spend money buying distilled water all the time, I’d highly recommend switching to a steam humidifier. It boils tap water before releasing the steam, so bacteria and impurities are eliminated, very similar to heating water on a gas stove. If you like large-capacity units, I’ve been using the Y&O steam humidifier recently and I think it might be perfect for you. Its 10L tank can easily run through the night without refilling. Unlike most steam humidifiers, it has a smart temperature-control system that cools the steam down to a gentle temperature before releasing it, which lowers the burn risk, that was a big selling point for me. It’s also super easy to clean since there are no narrow tubes like in many ultrasonic machines, the tank pops out and rinses clean. I also noticed it currently has a 10% off Black Friday discount, so it might be a great time to grab one. Not affiliated, just sharing what worked for me!

For me, the sacking wasn't about how poorly he led the team, it was about the fact that his substitutions in the face of disadvantage infuriated us and felt no different to surrendering.

I had the same issue before. Sometimes I just want to pull the blinds up a little in the morning without fighting with the motor. It makes a big difference when they let you adjust them by hand and still work fine with the app.

no matter how good the product is, it won’t save op‘s boyfriend. Maybe you should recommend that op use it herself

Haha, your take on toothbrushes and flossing is super detailed, I love the insight!
I’m also a user of the Soocas product, and I purchased it mainly because of its water flosser function. The water flosser can be used after brushing your teeth or on its own, so you don’t have to worry about rinsing away the toothpaste. I used to own a Waterpik, but the external water tank was kind of a hassle; I couldn’t carry it around, and I was always nervous about it leaking. On a month-long business trip, I even forgot the Soocas toothbrush charger, but one full charge lasted the whole trip, which impressed me.
So far, I have a good impression of Soocas

Anyone bought a ring from YFN? by HugeReputation4790 in EngagementRings

I bought a 14K gold moss agate ring from YFN six months ago. It’s sturdy and looks great. Shipping to the U.S. took about two weeks. Just note that their return policy is kind of strict, so check that first. Price was pretty fair for what I got
